It’s a crucial stretch for the ladies before 20 players are chosen to travel to France for two matches against the U20 French National team in June. Then, a final camp will be held in July before the World Cup Aug. 5-24 where the U.S. will take on Germany, China PR and Brazil in Group B.

The majority of the 27 players called up for camp are in college with four high school players rounding out the squad that includes standout midfielder Mallory Pugh.

Professional player Lindsey Horan will not be present for camp as she is committed to Paris Saint-Germain at this time. Impeccable midfield trio: Stephanie Amack, Rachel Hill and Morgan Andrews will be at camp, as well as standout forwards Summer Green and Margaret Purce.
