Manager/PA to CEO | Neptune Beach | Permanent
GotSoccer is a software/media online company looking for a proactive and independent Office Manager/ PA to start immediately. Candidate must live in Jacksonville, FL (our office is located in Neptune Beach).
This is a full time position, M-F, 40 hrs a week. Starting salary is $30,000-$35,000 depending on experience, with a three-month probation period after which, candidate can receive full medical and dental benefits.

THE ROLE: Your role will be a split of office manager responsibilities and being PA to the CEO. Office manager duties include meeting and greeting guests, office housekeeping, organizing company events, health and safety, liaising with HR, accounts and IT, building maintenance, supplier negotiation & liaison and assisting with petty cash and basic accounts. As PA to the CEO you will be responsible for diary management, organizing meetings, making travel arrangements and collating & processing the CEO’s expenses.
ABOUT YOU: You should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 2-3 years experience as an Office Manager/PA. You will also need to have excellent administration and organization skills, along with the ability to work proactively and independently.
GotSoccer LLC provides software products to over 800 clients throughout the country. All products are linked and fully integrated, yet can be used as stand alone modules, which includes state-management, club and association online registration, referee assignment, tournament management, league scheduling, facility management, websites and college recruitment.
